Patented Waterproofing Design
The unique drainage design of WaterGuard keeps it out of the soil under the floor of your basement to prevent it from clogging. Its special flange creates a clean-cut looking area between the wall and the floor that drains wall seepage while dirt and debris is prevented from seeping in from the floor of the basement. WaterGuard is a great fit for poured concrete, block, and stone foundations. When installed with block wall foundations, weep holes are drilled into the block walls to drain water out of the walls and through to the system. Once water is in the system, the water will guide it to your sump system or other drainage.
The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system takes water from the edges of the basement and drains it to a sump pump located at the lowest point in your basement.
