THE REINFORCER® Wall Stabilization System
The Reinforcer® Wall Stabilization System is a Fiber Reinforced Polymer created from carbon fibers in an epoxy resin matrix. A patented revolutionary foundation wall reinforcement system developed by professional engineers, it is specifically designed for strengthening concrete and masonry structures—the perfect solution to cracking, bowing, or buckling foundation walls!
The construction of the Reinforcer® makes it virtually impossible to stretch and 8-10 times stronger than steel. It forms an acceptable substitute for steel beams and steel channels. It’s flexible enough to conform to irregular shapes such as circular or square columns, and installes without invasive measures such as breaking through concrete floors or making structural changes to floor joists. Instead, it installs directly to concrete walls with an attractive look and no mess.
A variety of laboratory and field settings have concluded that the Reinforcer® will not fail before the concrete or masonry wall fails. Three strips of Reinforcer® has been proven to be able to withstand weights of up to 30,000 pounds and two Reinforcer® strips, placed four feet apart on a masonry wall, have been able to hold up to 14,000 pounds. The verdict? The Reinforcer® has been proven to strength walls to as much as ten times their strength!
